Summary:
The Operations Manager will be responsible for all aspects of production including safety, environmental, quality, productivity, cost and training. This hands-on position will use leadership and active engagement to develop and lead our manufacturing team to a culture of costumer focus, continuous improvement and growth. It will be this person's responsibility to ensure we are producing the highest quality product with the total lowest cost to meet and exceed the expectations of our customers.
RESPONSIBILITIES/DUTIES:
Leadership and accountability for all manufacturing processes, manufacturing metrics, quality systems and production budgets.
Establish and monitor plant performance metrics for delivery, cost performance, safety, quality standards and housekeeping.
Operate within budget expectations without sacrificing customer delivery or satisfaction.
Build and encourage a culture of continuous improvement focused on Lean/ Six Sigma tools and expectations.
Supervise, evaluate and train production personnel with a focus on best practices and developed Key Performance Indicators.
Follow and enforce the 5S program.
Work with plant leadership and other plant functions to determine best course of actions
Assist the Plant Manager with building and implementing short and long term strategies
Work with Engineering and Maintenance teams to develop/maintain a proactive preventive maintenance program.
Maintain cooperative and productive relationships with the employees.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
