Candidate must have experience with direct in-person contact with clients and be comfortable in a very busy telephone and multi-task environment. We are looking for someone who has a minimum of 40 wpm typing speed, is on time, self-motivated, organized, and has great client service skills
Responsibilities Include:
Facilities Maintenance (conference room setup and office hospitality services)
Answering a Multi-Line Phone System
Faxing, Scanning, Processing Mail
Data Entry
Handling general customer service including, but not limited to, answering calls and replying to emails to address client questions and concerns
Qualifications:
Excellent verbal and written communication skills (bilingual a plus!)
Proficient with computers (basic Windows programs: Outlook, Office,etc.)
Present a professional appearance and demeanor
Have the ability to stay focused on the task at hand, pay attention to detail, and work efficiently
At least 2 years' experience working in an office environment
