Owns projects, demonstrate extensive business knowledge, require minimal direction, handle key complex problems, possess knowledge of SDLC.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities.
1) Gather, understand and document business objectives, specifications and requirements on enterprise/cornerstone and/or large size projects.
2) Develop, and execute unit/system test cases, scripts and plans. Facilitate testing activities within the team and across IT groups. Responsible for cross functional/ business integration testing.
3) Define, design and document business flows and processes for large highly complex projects.
5) Understand and follow appropriate SDLC, quality validation processes and application processes.
6) Communicate status, solutions and concerns. Disseminate information in a timely manner within the team and across functions. Establish, maintain and develop relationships within the business or function. Deliver presentations, facilitate and address issues at all levels of management.
7) Provide strong cross-functional and business knowledge to develop business system and process alternatives. Provide extensive knowledge of an enterprise/cornerstone system (such as JDE, Oracle).
8) Train others as appropriate on specific area of business or systems expertise.
Qualifications.
Strong analytical skills and people skills. Technical knowledge and a strong understanding of information technology required to explain technical information to non-technical team member and customers. Requires an extensive understanding of the role of business/function supported.
Education and/or Experience.
Bachelor's degree preferred or relevant work experience in information systems, business or related field. 3-5 years of experience in systems development/support applying systems solutions to business problems. Experience working with medium to large development teams/efforts required.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
