Controller - Manufacturing (Reporting to CEO & COO)Duties include:
Oversee the operations of the accounting departmentSupervise the internal audit function of the firm to maintain a high level of accuracy and integrity of financial informationAnticipate potential problems and develop solutions needed to resolve them; take proactive actions and identify strategies to prevent potentially disruptive situationsIdentify and formulate strategies consistent with organizational goals.
Apply innovative tools and techniques in strategic planningIssue timely and complete financial statementsPreparation of financial proforma development and projectionsRecommend benchmarks against which to measure the performance of company operationsCalculate and issue financial and operating metricsManage the production of the annual budget and forecastsCalculate variances from the budget and report significant issues to managementProvide for a system of management cost reportsProvide financial analyses as needed, in particular for capital investments, pricing decisions, and contract negotiationsThorough knowledge of applicable accounts payable/receivable/general ledger systems and procedures, financial chart of accounts and corporate proceduresWorking knowledge of project costing and analysis, estimates to completion, generally accepted accounting standards, and adherence to credit and collection polies of the companyRequirements:

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
